If you carry waste
The demo · Carrier only · 3:12
Every kind of job on one timeline, a visit for every skip, drivers on the vehicles or picking their own, the driver's day on the phone, a load split two ways, an exchange added to a running job, and the invoice paid by card.

- This is LoadSnap for a waste carrier. Skips, grab loads, clearances, roll-on roll-off: it all runs the same way.
- Here is the day on the timeline. Every vehicle, and everything it is doing.
- Work comes in through your website, a booking link, or a phone call.
- Everything the customer told you is here, and one click turns it into a job.
- Pick the kind of job: delivery and collection, a clearance, a wait while load, a service on site, or a collection only.
- This one is skips. Pick the day they go out.
- The customer and who to ring on the day came across from the enquiry.
- Three skips, and the waste code, searched by number or by name.
- Each skip gets its own visits. The three empties go out stacked on one vehicle.
- Full skips can't be stacked, so each one comes back on its own visit, on whichever day and vehicle suits.
- Want paying up front? Email them a payment link, and they pay by card.
- Create it, and the job and all its visits are booked.
- Anything without a vehicle waits on the left. Drag it onto one, and that driver has it.
- Or let drivers pick their own vehicle in the morning. It is one switch, and it is your call.
- Out on the road, the driver app does the rest.
- First, a skip to drop off. Setting off tells the customer you are on the way, if you want it to.
- A photo of where it was left, and the customer signs for it.
- Then a full one to collect.
- The office booked the waste and the code, so the driver is checking, not typing. A photo of the load goes on it.
- The customer signs, the driver signs, and between them that is the transfer note.
- The transfer note is made there and then. Email it to the site, or show the code at the weighbridge.
- Back at the yard, the driver signs the load in, so the office knows where every load is tonight.
- Every collection makes its own transfer note, signed on the phone.
- It fills itself in from the job and the phone, ready for the customer or an inspector.
- Then say where the load went. If it went to two places, split it, and each part gets its own paperwork.
- Most of it to the transfer station, and the metal to the recycling centre.
- Each part gets its own weight, and its own transfer note.
- Need a fresh skip on a running job? Add an exchange to it, and it goes on the timeline.
- Here is the job, with every visit under it.
- The invoice is raised from the job, so nothing is typed twice, and customers can pay it by card.
- From the first phone call to getting paid, whatever kind of waste work you do.
