01Does it plan the route for me?
Yes. The Route view orders each vehicle's stops using real road distances, puts in the trip to the tip and the drive back to the yard, and draws each vehicle's day on the map in its own colour. Pin a stop and the plan leaves it where it is.
02How does the driver get the route?
It is on their phone the moment it is worked out. There is no publish step. If you change today's route, their phone is told once.
03What happens to a job that did not get done?
It goes back to the unscheduled list, so it is booked again rather than forgotten on a day that has passed.
04Can it stop me putting a job on the wrong vehicle?
The board knows what each vehicle can carry. Hold a skip job over a grab and it tells you why it cannot go there.
05Do you track vehicles live on a map?
No. LoadSnap stamps where a collection happened and where a driver last checked in. It is not a live vehicle feed; for that, use telematics.
