What happens if I exceed my load count?
We email you at 80% and 100%. Overage loads are £0.40/load until the end of the cycle — no surprise charges, no hard caps.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No fees either way.
Can I export my data?
On any plan. CSV exports for jobs, loads, customers and WTNs. Pro and above can pull JSON via the API.
