What happens if I exceed my load count?
We email you at 80% and 100%. Overage loads are £0.50/load until the end of the cycle - no surprise charges, no hard caps.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No fees either way.
Can I export my data?
On any plan. CSV exports for jobs, loads, customers and WTNs, and PDF for every document. Business and above can pull the same data as JSON through the API.
Leaving?
Archive - £9 a month.
While your plan is running we keep everything, for as many years as that runs. If you stop paying you get 90 days to download the lot, and then it comes off. Archive is for anyone who would rather we kept it: your records stay here and stay searchable, you can still download them any time, and nothing new can be added.
You do not need it to stay compliant. Keeping your transfer notes for the statutory period is your duty, and one download meets it at no cost. Archive is for not having to be the one holding the files.
