01Who is LoadSnap for?
Every UK waste business: carriers (including self-carriers, trades and mobile businesses that carry their own waste), receivers and permitted sites, and brokers and dealers. It is a full platform, not a light add-on, and scales from a single van to a multi-depot enterprise with API access and white-label.
02Is invoicing and billing built in?
Yes. Jobs become quotes and invoices automatically, with contract and spot pricing, and export to Sage, Xero and QuickBooks. You do not need a separate finance tool for day-to-day billing.
03Does it track skips and containers?
Yes. Skips, roll-on-roll-off containers and bins are tracked as assets, assigned to jobs and vehicles, and followed through deliver, exchange and collect, so you do not need a dedicated skip-hire system alongside it.
04Do you integrate with weighbridge hardware?
Yes, if you want it to. The free LoadSnap weighbridge connector reads the weight off any indicator that sends its reading as text, on the weighbridge computer, alongside the software already there. It only reads. Without it, the operative keys in the gross and tare; LoadSnap calculates the net and files the record either way.
05Does LoadSnap file to DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking, and is submission included?
Yes. LoadSnap files live to DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking (DWT), took part in its beta, and is listed on the GOV.UK report-receipt-of-waste software-provider list as Webhero - LoadSnap. DEFRA submission is included on every plan. Listing means LoadSnap meets the requirements to submit; it does not mean DEFRA endorses one provider over another.
