The useful questions are rarely report-shaped. A customer rings for a quote and you want their history. An auditor asks about a hazardous load from months ago. Read-only, end to end
Copilot has no tool that creates, edits or deletes anything. Ask it to change a record and it will tell you it can only search.
'No matching records' is an answer
If nothing matches, it says so rather than guessing. It never invents a movement, a weight or an EWC code.
