Good to know.

01Does invoicing work for both carriers and receivers?
Yes. Carriers invoice customers for collections; receivers invoice for gate fees and tonnage. The same engine handles both, using each customer's rate card.
02Can I still raise a manual invoice?
Of course. Most invoices auto-draft from jobs, but you can create ad-hoc invoices, add manual lines, and apply discounts whenever you need to.
03Which plans include invoicing?
Customer billing and invoicing is included from the Pro plan upwards. Enterprise adds bespoke export formats and invoice billing.
