LoadSnap is built for the businesses that carry, receive or broker waste, so it is sold to them rather than to producers. The quickest way to get your producer portal is to ask the carrier or receiver you use to run LoadSnap. If you carry your own waste, you are a self-carrier and can use LoadSnap directly as a carrier.

What changes for producers under Digital Waste Tracking?

From October 2026, waste movements must be recorded digitally through DEFRA's Digital Waste Tracking service. Your duty of care does not change - you still must use registered carriers and permitted sites and keep records - but the paperwork becomes digital. A carrier on LoadSnap handles that for you and gives you the records through your portal.

Can I use it across multiple sites?

Yes. Producers with several sites get a single login with per-site filtering and consolidated reporting.
