The office booked the waste, so the driver checks it, adds a photo of the load, and the weight expected is already there. Customer and driver sign, and the transfer note is made there and then.

01Is there an app to install?
Send the driver a link. It opens straight away on their own phone, and one tap adds it to the home screen with its own icon. The iPhone and iPad app is on the App Store too. There is no Android app in Google Play yet; Android phones run it from the browser.
02Does it work with no signal?
A collection captured with no signal is kept on the phone and sends itself when signal returns. Under More, Signal and sending lists what is still waiting. The phone has to have opened the app once with signal first. The App Store app needs signal to open, then queues loads the same way. Navigation is handed to Google Maps or Waze, which want a connection.
03What if a driver will not use an app?
Send them a check-in link instead. It asks which vehicle they are in, takes the walk-round check, and opens their jobs for the day with directions.
04Can the driver tell the customer they are on the way?
Yes. Setting off asks whether to tell the customer, and if the driver says yes, the customer gets an email.
05Is the transfer note made on the phone?
Yes. When the customer and driver have both signed, the note is made and is on the record, ready to open or email.
