01How do I get notified about incidents?
While we're in beta, contact support and we'll keep you posted directly during any incident. A self-serve subscribe option will land alongside automated monitoring.
02What's your uptime commitment?
Enterprise plans come with a contractual SLA. We're early, so rather than quote a headline uptime figure we can't yet stand behind with public history, we report current status honestly here.
