01Where is our data hosted?

In the UK. LoadSnap plans include UK data residency, and personal data is processed under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. If your compliance team has a security questionnaire, send it over - we'd rather answer the hard questions before a rollout than after.

02How does migration and rollout work?

Enterprise includes custom onboarding: a migration and rollout plan tailored to your operation, help getting each depot live, and your account manager backed by an SLA - so your existing records come across rather than staying trapped in the old system.

03Do you support SSO?

SSO / SAML against your identity provider is coming soon on Enterprise, alongside bulk user provisioning and role mapping. Ask us and we'll tell you where it sits on the roadmap.

04Can we integrate with our own systems?

Yes. Enterprise includes a REST API at /v1 that reads your movements, jobs, customers, vehicles and documents, with a key you mint in Settings. Alongside it, custom EWC code mappings, webhook intake, bulk CSV export and the accounting exports let LoadSnap sit next to your ERP, TMS or bespoke platforms. Writing movements through the API is being built now.
