01Who is the producer portal for?
It is for carriers and receivers to offer to their producers, the customers whose waste they collect or accept. You are the buyer; the producers you serve get the portal free. A producer that carries its own waste is a self-carrier, and uses LoadSnap directly as a carrier rather than only receiving a portal.
02Is the producer portal an extra cost for my customers?
No. You give producers access as part of your service; it's included from the Business plan. They don't pay LoadSnap anything.
03Can I white-label it?
Yes - Business and Enterprise plans let you brand the producer portal and inquiry forms with your own logo and colours.
