The agreement

Four things, and that is the deal.

Nothing is hidden in a schedule. We agree your rate with you, and what you can expect it to be worth, before you introduce anybody.

Your rate

Of what they pay us

Agreed with you when you join, excluding VAT, and it never changes for a customer once they have signed up.

12 months

Per customer

Counted from their first paid invoice, not from sign-up, so a long trial costs you nothing.

14 days

Until it clears

Counted from their payment, not from their sign-up, so the length of their trial never changes it. It covers the window in which the payment could be refunded.

90 days

A click counts for

Somebody who clicks your link today and signs up in two months is still yours.

There is no cap on what one customer can earn you, and nothing is earned on what they pay after the twelve months. Full detail is in the partner terms.

How it works

From application to money in the bank.

Every affiliate is taken on by hand, so we know who is putting our name in front of an operator. Applications usually get an answer the same week.

  1. Step 1

    You apply

Tell us who you are and how you reach waste operators. We look at it and come back to you.

  2. Step 2

    We set you up

You get your rate, your own link, and an invite to the partner dashboard where you set a password.

  3. Step 3

    They sign up and pay

Commission is earned on each invoice they pay, appears in your dashboard the same day, and clears fourteen days after that payment.

  4. Step 4

    You draw it

Ask to be paid once you are over your minimum. We pay by bank transfer and raise the invoice in your name.

You do not have to invoice us. When we pay you we raise a self-billed invoice in your name, send you a copy and keep one. If you are VAT registered and have given us your number, the VAT is added and paid with the commission.

Your dashboard

Everything you need to work a lead.

The partner dashboard is not a balance and a link. It is where you find businesses, hold them while you work them, and see what is landing.

Your link, and who used it

One link that works to any page on the site. Clicks, where they came from and how many turned into sign-ups.

Find businesses

The Environment Agency's registered carriers and permitted sites, searchable, with a filter for the ones nobody has claimed.

Claim one for thirty days

A claim holds a business for you while you work it. Your notes stay with the business even if the hold runs out.

Your customers and what they earn

Every business you introduced, how far through their twelve months they are, and what each has paid you.

Earnings you can check

A line for every invoice, what cleared and when, what you have drawn, and the invoice we raised for each payment.

Things to send them

Logos, social posts, one-page PDFs and every product video, ready to use without asking us for anything.

Who this suits

People operators already listen to.

The programme works when LoadSnap is a natural thing for you to mention, not a cold pitch you have to force.

Compliance consultants

You are already being asked what the October 2026 mandate means. Digital waste tracking is the answer you are giving anyway.

Accountants and bookkeepers

Your waste-sector clients still bring you paper tickets. This is the system that turns them into invoices.

Trade bodies and associations

Your members all face the same rules on the same dates. One introduction covers a lot of them.

Suppliers to the industry

Skip makers, weighbridge engineers, vehicle dealers, insurance brokers. You are in these yards already.

Software and telematics vendors

Introduce operators, or build on the LoadSnap API. Both are open, and they are not the same conversation.

Apply

Tell us how you reach operators.

There is no automatic sign-up. Every affiliate is taken on by hand, because our name goes out with yours. We read what you send, come back to you, and if it is a fit you get your rate and your link the same week.

  • No fee to join and nothing to buy.
  • No target, and no penalty for a quiet month.
  • You can stop at any time and keep what you have earned.

Questions

The ones people ask first.

01When do I actually get paid?
Commission is earned the day the customer's invoice is paid and clears fourteen days after that payment, which covers the window in which it could be refunded. The fourteen days run from the payment, not from when they signed up, so a longer trial does not delay it. Once your cleared balance is over your minimum you ask to be paid from your dashboard, and we send it by bank transfer. There is no fixed payday, so you draw it when you want it.
02Do I have to send you an invoice?
No. We raise a self-billed invoice in your name for every payment and send you a copy. If you are VAT registered and have given us your number we add the VAT and pay it with the commission. You must not raise your own invoice for a payment we have already invoiced.
03What if somebody I introduced was already talking to you?
Then the claim does not stand, and we will tell you why. It is the reason Find businesses shows you which operators are unclaimed before you spend your time on one.
04What if two of us introduce the same business?
A business belongs to one partner. The most recent click before they signed up wins. If you claimed them in your dashboard first, the hold lasts thirty days and nobody else can claim them in that time.
05What happens if a customer leaves or gets a refund?
You keep everything they have already earned you. If we refund a payment, the commission on that payment is taken back. Nothing else is clawed back.
06Can I build on LoadSnap instead of introducing operators to it?
Yes, and it is a different conversation. The public API is live and documented. Tell us what you want to connect and we will point you at the right endpoints.

The mandate has been in force since October 2026.

Every operator you know has to start tracking waste digitally. The ones who hear it from somebody they already trust move first.
