Ask your waste data a question — with Copilot and the Claude connector
Two new ways to get answers out of your LoadSnap data without building a report: an in-app Copilot you talk to in plain English, and a connector that lets Claude read your records directly.
LoadSnap team
UK waste compliance

Most questions about your own operation are annoyingly hard to answer: "have we ever moved waste for that customer?", "what hazardous loads went out last month?". The data is all there — it just means filtering, exporting, and squinting at a spreadsheet. Two new features remove that step.
Copilot — ask inside LoadSnap
Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) anywhere in LoadSnap and type a real question. Copilot reads your jobs, transfer notes and receiving receipts, and answers in plain English — with the exact records it used, one click away. No query syntax, no remembering which filter lives where.
Grounded, not guessed
Copilot only answers from records it actually finds in your organisation. If there's nothing matching, it says so — it never invents a movement, a weight or an EWC code. Every answer cites its sources.
The Claude connector — bring LoadSnap into your chats
If your team uses Claude, you can add LoadSnap as a custom connector. Once connected, you can ask Claude about your waste movements, receipts and carriers right inside a conversation, and it pulls the answers from LoadSnap through the same read-only, organisation-scoped tools that power Copilot.
- Read-only by design — the connector can search and surface records, never change them.
- Scoped to your organisation — it can only ever see your own data, never another company's.
- Standards-based — it's a Model Context Protocol server, so it works with Claude and any compatible client.
Availability
Both Copilot and the Claude connector are available on the Pro plan and above. You'll find Copilot the moment you open search; the connector setup lives on its product page.
