The licence a site needs to store, treat or dispose of waste. It names exactly which wastes, how much at once, and what may be done to them.
In practice
The permit, not the company, decides what can happen at an address. Taking in a waste stream the permit does not list, or holding more than the tonnage it allows, is a breach even if everything else is right.
